Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 glasses water


  • Palak leaves 1 cup


  • 2 cups paneer cubes


  • 1 medium sized onion


  • 1 tomato


  • 3 garlic cloves


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp chilli powder

Directions

  • Take a vessel add palak leaves 1 glass water ,cook till soft and drain out water
  • Take paneer cubes in a vessel add 1 glasa water and cook for 3 minutes and drain out water
  • Chop onion and tomato into small.pieces
  • Take blender add palak leaves and make into fine paste
  • Mash 3 garlic cloves
  • Take 1 heavy bottomed vessel add 1 tbsp oil let it heat add cumin seeds and saute for a minute
  • Add chopped onion mashed garlic and mix well
  • Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well
  • Once onion is cooked add tomato and cook till soft
  • Add palak paste and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan and saute paneer for 2 minutes
  • Add 1 glass water to palak and mix well
  • Add fried paneer ,chilli powder and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
  • Switch of stove.serve hot with hot hot puri,chapati and enjoy
