Take a vessel add palak leaves 1 glass water ,cook till soft and drain out water
Take paneer cubes in a vessel add 1 glasa water and cook for 3 minutes and drain out water
Chop onion and tomato into small.pieces
Take blender add palak leaves and make into fine paste
Mash 3 garlic cloves
Take 1 heavy bottomed vessel add 1 tbsp oil let it heat add cumin seeds and saute for a minute
Add chopped onion mashed garlic and mix well
Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well
Once onion is cooked add tomato and cook till soft
Add palak paste and cook for 2 minutes
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan and saute paneer for 2 minutes
Add 1 glass water to palak and mix well
Add fried paneer ,chilli powder and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
Switch of stove.serve hot with hot hot puri,chapati and enjoy
